If your order is broken or wrong, just mark package "return to sender" and lodge at post office and it is free. There are some rules to follow, you must declare you did not open package. When you recieve a package via Australia post, look at it carefully and endeavour to remove the packageing so it may be reapplied if the contents are broken or incorrect. You are set to go. If Australia Post has broken your purchase, go to the post office and fill out the form, I can do it but only receive my cost, better for you, the customer, to do it as you eventually will recieve the full amount paid. I recommend insurance for high value items although it is costly these days. I must say Australia Post is vastly improved these days with all the tracking etc. This season I have only one broken Test kit AND nothing lost, this is brillant! If you are overseas, the record is similar, just beware destination countries may charge some tax. I did have one customer who would not pay $4 duty in Sweden, the parcel came back to me at no cost, the system works!
