Well, hopefully you have the correct liner. First thing, remeasure your pool size and check the box, open it and check the size tag on the liner too. Some pools are 12' wide, some 12'6" or metric equivalent. Do not remove from box untill you actually slide the box over the wall and start to deploy. Before the liner you need to remove ALL old liner, scrape the sand to make it flat, fill holes(you can buy a plastic bag of brickies sand) you need a cove around the side and roll the sand to pack it down, a little spray of water on a hot day. The best outcome is to have a very slight dish so that the water starts to pool down the certre enabling the liner to be stetched out as it fills. The sand needs to cover the base rails in the centre about 10mm. You need a 23 degree day, dark blue unwrinkles easiest. Finally don't make it too tight, you should be able to push the liner against the wall with your foot. Bare feet, thongs or wet suit boots are the go. NO tools in the pool! If you do put a little hole stick a round piece of liner on the OUTSIDE with some clear blue pipe glue. Need more info or someone to install your liner call Bob 0243690299or 0243851496
